Located at 124 SW 7th St, this charming cafe is known for its welcoming atmosphere and a menu brimming with comforting classics and innovative dishes that cater to a variety of palates.

The moment you step inside, you are greeted with a cozy ambiance that perfectly complements the warmth of the friendly staff. As I perused the menu, it was clear that One Street Down Cafe offers more than just your typical breakfast fare. Signature items like the Ranch Skillet Steak—a delightful chili colorado topped with hash browns, cheddar, crema, and two perfectly cooked eggs for just $14—display the creative approach to traditional breakfast staples.

Another standout is the Biscuits and Gravy, featuring spicy sausage gravy served over a fresh biscuit, delivering that homemade touch that many crave. At just $11, it’s an indulgent way to start the day, paired beautifully with their Avo Toast which comes with bacon, a fried egg, and greens to balance the meal.

Throughout my visit, the community feel was palpable; patrons shared smiles and laughter over hearty plates of food. It’s no wonder customers like Deanne L. rave about the fluffy buttermilk pancakes—not quite a “tower” as she expected, but undoubtedly delicious when combined with crispy bacon and eggs. Likewise, Colleen F. aptly described One Street Down Cafe as Redmond's hidden gem akin to the beloved McKay Cottage in Bend.

Unique dishes like the Beer Bacon Omelette and the Manscramble—featuring an indulgent array of meats—demonstrate the creativity that the kitchen continually showcases. Complementing the rich flavors are homemade sauces that add layers of freshness to each dish. With sides such as a vibrant House Salad or the locally inspired Madras Panzanella, every meal feels thoughtfully curated.

Whether you opt for a savory English Muffin Sandwich or the standout O.S.D. Special with pork, potatoes, peppers, and a zingy chunky salsa, one thing is certain: you will leave One Street Down Cafe feeling satisfied. Not only does the food satisfy the appetite, but the café also offers a cute and cozy outdoor seating area perfect for enjoying a meal in the sunshine, as noted by Bryena T..

In an age where breakfast cafes are a dime a dozen, One Street Down Cafe stands out with its deliciousness, genial service, and cozy vibe. As Reene C. reflects, the excellent food and environment, paired with a helpful hostess, make for a delightful dining experience that you’ll remember and want to revisit. Good food and service. I had the buttermilk pancakes. They called it a tower, but it wasn't really a tower. Very good pancakes, bacon, and eggs. I'd go back!

We enjoyed the food, and the service was great, too. We decided it was Redmond's version of McKay cottage in Bend.

This place was wonderful. We stopped in after our morning hike at smith rock for a quick bite before heading back to sisters.. It was a nice day so we were able to sit outside, the waitress was quick to help us and food was pretty good. Will definitely be back if we come back down to bend area Also the little house it's in with all the tables in yard area is honestly so charming & cute

Slow but on a very busy weekend. Eggs requested over hard but we're medium at best. Avocado toast was a few slices of avocado which was a disappointment, but overall tasty enough and the cine honey latte was really good!

Amazing breakfast spot in Redmond, OR with inside and outside seating. I came here Sunday morning (today!) before a flight out and we were seated instantly! Our order was taken very quickly and we were eating within 20 minutes. Our whole table ordered Benedicts and they were memorable to say the least. Both of my eggs were cooked perfectly and had an amazing ooze. The English muffins were thick and soft, lots of fresh veggies, delicious & thick hollandaise sauce and they happily substituted avocado for meat. I would recommend ordering an extra side of hollandaise (no charge!) if you like the sauce as much as I do. The potatoes were flavorful, well seasoned, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So yummy with ketchup! If you like eggs Benedict this is one of the best I've ever had and an adorable brunch spot overall.
